Mr. Sumanlal Shah has more than 5 decades of rich experience in the areas of Finance, Capital Market and Commodities Market.

He is graduate in commerce and holds Diploma in Tax Management from The Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

S Ramesh is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary & Cost and Works Accountant. He is Managing Director & CEO, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company and associated with the Kotak Mahindra Group since 1995.

Over a career span of more than two decades, Mr. S. Ramesh is a respected and influential figure in the investment banking industry. He has been closely involved in key initiatives that have contributed to the development of the Indian capital markets.  

He has worked on several landmark initiatives and product innovations and hold extensive experience in equity financing – encompassing private equity and public markets.

Mr. Rajesh Doshi is a practising Chartered Accountant and he has rich experience in the areas of Taxation, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Auditing, Finance.

Mr. Narayan S.A. is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.

He was with the Kotak Mahindra Group for more than 25 years and was member of the Group Management Council.

During his tenure with Kotak, he was Managing Director of Kotak Securities Ltd and President Commercial Banking and President Treasury.

Dr. Janki Mistry is a faculty of Finance at the Department of Business & Industrial Management, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.

She is Gold Medallist in MBA obtaining 1st position in the University and holds Ph.D in Corporate Restructuring (Mergers and Acquisitions), from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.

She has received the ‘Best Paper Award’ at the 5th International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Management, February 12, 2017 organized by International School of Management Excellence, Bangalore. She holds more than 15 years of experience in the finance domain.

Sudhakar Shanbhag is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He has been associated with our company since June 2022.

During the career of more than 3 decades he has handled multiple positions in areas of Lending, Broking, Life Insurance, Treasury.

Prior to joining our Company, he held several key positions in the Kotak Mahindra Bank and Group Companies.

Keyur Gandhi is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with company August.2021. In his current role, he is responsible for financial management, accounts, tax, treasury, Compliance, IT, HR, Admin. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank and Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP.

Parth Bumiya is the Business Head for Loan Against Securities (LAS), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at Infina. A Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and master’s in commerce, he brings over 23+ years of rich and diversified experience in the BFSI sector, with deep expertise in Capital Market Funding, Corporate Real Estate, Investment Advisory, Structured Investments, Wealth Management, and Retail Mortgages.

Before joining Infina, Parth was part of the key management team at Mango Financial Advisors, an Investment Banking firm, and held leadership roles at Kotak Wealth Management—where he headed the Banking and Credit Solutions Strategic Business Unit nationally, Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited, Kotak Bank – Retail Mortgages, and the TATA Group.

Mr. Dipak Gupta was the Managing Director & CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, up to December 31, 2023. He has had over three decades of experience in the financial services sector, with the last two and half decades having been spent with the Kotak Mahindra Group. He was also responsible for setting up the retail business following the conversion of Kotak Mahindra Finance Limited (KMFL) into a bank. At the Bank, in the past, he has overseen the functions of IT, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Marketing, Compliance, Administration, Infrastructure and Operations as well as Treasury, Wealth Management, Asset Reconstruction and the Consumer Finance businesses.

Mr. Dipak Gupta has also played a key role in building various businesses for Kotak Mahindra Group. He was instrumental in forging the partnership between KMFL and Ford Credit International. He was the first CEO of the KMFL–Ford Credit joint venture, Kotak Mahindra Primus Limited.

He is director on the boards of Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Limited, Kotak Infrastructure Debt Fund Limited and FSN E Commerce Ltd and its subsidiary – Dot & Key Ltd.

Mr Gupta is currently a Professor of Practice at IIT, Bombay.
